  This is keel with 50450(orange undercoat for steel). There is no lead at this stage. Red patches is bog, resin mixed with microbaloons.

  Proud of it, so much work went into it and now it is all under water!
Welding

  It took me good 6 hours to make 4m of weld. Graham, the guy That is building a big steel boat(46 ft), lended me his welder for the job.
