Normally people do not like to read important information by the press
media only. The same just happened:

This weekend we could find the solution about the LS problems, and
immediately I wrote this in our new newsletter. So you are already
informed, but I would like to take the opportunity, to inform our
agents and our workers directly once more.

The situation is very simple:
DG Flugzeugbau had taken over Rolladen-Schneider.
That`s it!!!

There have been  some irritations in the past, as it is "normal" in an
insolvency process. These problems are solved. They are not solved
regarding the insolvency lawyer, but that does not affect our
customers in any way.

So now we are able to start production of LS8 - all series.
We will build this wonderful glider in Bruchsal exclusively. We had
considered to give this project to Slovenia, but after such a long
time, there is not possibility for a foreign production any longer.
So we will do it in Bruchsal.

You know that Guenter Schapka is working with us.
Karl-Heinz Schneider and Joachim Wirkner will also come to us midst of
March.

It is difficult to estimate the time, we will need to start the
production. I think that in about July the first LS8 will be finished
- normal production will not be established before summer holiday.

Well - I think that this is an excellent information for all people,
who like the brand "LS".

Referring "the others": I accepted to give them the moulds of the LS4
and they will try to bring this glider very cheap for club use.
Okay - I do not expect to see the first one within this year.

But there is not fight any longer. We are glider friends and we should
exercise a behavior as glider friends! No hard thinking any longer!
